Privacy Policy

Who we are

Pigey is a pre-launch product built by EJ Kim under Veltra Digital, which operates plugspots.app. The app does not exist yet. This is a waitlist and landing page while we validate the idea and build in public.

What we collect

• ◆ Your email address, when you join the waitlist or claim a space.
• ◆ Anonymous product analytics via PostHog: page views, clicks, and which sections you interact with. This is aggregate behavior, not personal profiling.
• ◆ Referral codes, if you arrive through a referral link (the ?ref= tag in the URL), so we can attribute who sent you.

Why we collect it

• ◆ To notify you when early access opens.
• ◆ To understand how much real interest there is, so we know whether to keep building.
• ◆ To attribute referrals and reward people who share Pigey.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted services to run the basics. We do not run our own mail or analytics stack.

• ◆ Supabase: stores your email and waitlist record in our database.
• ◆ Resend: sends you the confirmation and early-access emails.
• ◆ PostHog: handles the anonymous product analytics described above.
• ◆ Stripe: processes any payment, if you choose the Founder Lifetime pre-order. See below.

Payments

If you place a Founder Lifetime pre-order, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe. Pigey never sees, stores, or touches your card number.

What we do not do

• ◆ We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
• ◆ We do not run ads or share your email with advertisers.

How to get removed

Want off the list, or want your data deleted? Email pigey@veltra.ca and we will unsubscribe you and delete your record. No hoops.

Changes to this policy

As Pigey moves from pre-launch toward a real product, this policy will grow to match. When it changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top and, where it matters, let waitlist members know by email.
